Let’s Not Pollute the Village
Video duration: 03:25
The goal of our project is to reduce environmental pollution and stop littering.
Today, we often see garbage scattered on the streets, which is not only unpleasant but also harms the environment and living beings. Animals frequently eat this waste, which poses a danger to their health. These animals, for example, cows, are then milked, the milk is sold, and people consume it. As a result, various diseases could potentially be transmitted to humans as well.
That is why it is especially important for all of us to take care of the environment. Unfortunately, sometimes even those responsible for enforcing the rules violate them and litter themselves, which is unacceptable. Such behavior must be monitored and fined.
Our project will help better protect the community, animals, and birds. Ultimately, fewer diseases will spread, and life will become better for both people and nature.
The works were created within the framework of the project “Creative arts for shifting power for equality in marginalized communities of Georgia”. The project is funded by the Swedish Institute and implemented by the Tbilisi Photo Festival in partnership with Save the Children International.
The Swedish Institute did not participate in the design of the project.
