The concept of a family for each person has a purely personal meaning. Simply put, a family is a society in which a person gave birth and which he created himself. The most different families are the same in one aspect: their relationships, their climate are very important for the huge life influence that the family has on the formation of the individual.

Ilkin Yagubov is the shortlisted photographer of the EU Neighbours East - Fotofestiwal photo contest - Family Connections. The gala awards event in Tbilisi was organized in partnership with the Delegation of the European Union to Georgia and the Tbilisi Photography and Multimedia Museum.
