Archival photographs from Ilisu (Azerbaijan), the village in the Caucasian mountains where the southernmost castle of Sheikh Shamil who fought for freedom of Caucasus, was located. By putting the fighter icon into the photographs, I intend to highlight the place as having ideal conditions for searching and not finding terror.
