The Kingdom

Built away from oil derricks, the top of this office skyscraper resembles a crown. It looks like a joke except it’s not funny. This building is another symbol of the monarchy in a democratic republic. Not only the top of the skyscraper is shaped like a crown, but it also reminds me of the Eye of Sauron from the Lord of the Rings. Taking the photo of this building at sunset gave me an idea of shooting it from surrounding areas. Yes, that Eye can see a lot, but it’s blind to what’s under its nose.
